Four. Liability for breach of contract:

1. Party B shall carry out production according to Party A's requirements and final approval and confirmation opinions. If it is necessary to change or cancel the production content due to other factors, Party B shall notify Party A in writing 1-3 days in advance and obtain Party A's written consent, otherwise, Party B shall be deemed to have breached the contract.

2. If the project work cannot be carried out or completed as scheduled due to force majeure, Party B will not bear any responsibilities arising therefrom.

3. If any party violates any obligation, promise or guarantee of this contract, or the statements made by any party in this contract are inconsistent with the facts or misleading, resulting in the failure to perform or fully perform this contract, this party shall constitute a breach of contract and shall bear the liability for breach of contract and compensate the observant party for the losses caused thereby.

5.
