The porcelain capital actually refers to Liling City in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province, China, which is a county-level city in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province.

It belongs to the east of Zhuzhou, adjacent to Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province. Liling, as one of the eight ceramic producing areas in China, had the reputation of "Liling is the best porcelain in the world" in its early years. In the late Qing Dynasty, Liling ceramics was famous at home and abroad for its whiteness as jade, brightness as a mirror, thinness as paper and harmonious sound, and was called "the pinnacle of oriental ceramic art". And its history is as long as 1700 years. Liling began to produce porcelain as early as the Eastern Han Dynasty. Therefore, Liling's porcelain culture is of great historical significance.
