3. Where laws and regulations provide otherwise for foreigners to work in China, such provisions shall prevail.
(3) Classification of the applicant's basic information
1. Foreign high-end talents (Class A)
Foreign high-end talents refer to scientists, leading talents in science and technology, international entrepreneurs and specialized special talents. Talents who meet the needs of China's economic and social development and meet the standards of foreign high-end talents.
Foreign high-end talents are not limited by age, education and work experience. (See Foreign Special Issue No.40 [20 17] for details.
2. Foreign professionals (category B)
Foreign professionals refer to those who meet the requirements of the guidance catalogue and posts for foreigners coming to China and are in urgent need of economic and social development. Bachelor degree or above and 2 years or above relevant working experience, no more than 60 years old. For those who are really in need, meet the requirements of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, professional skilled talents and outstanding foreign graduates, meet the standards for statistical foreign professionals, and implement intergovernmental agreements or agreements, the restrictions on age, education or work experience may be appropriately relaxed.
Where the state has regulations on professionals and government project personnel, such regulations shall prevail (see Document No.40, 20 17 for details).
3. Other foreigners (category C)
Other foreigners refer to other foreigners who meet the needs of the domestic labor market and meet the requirements of national policies. (See Foreign Special Issue No.40 [20 17] for details.

Eight, the application materials
(1) List of application materials
1. The employing unit or the entrusted specialized service agency shall register the household registration online (the unit applying for foreigners to work in China for the first time shall submit paper documents).

(2) Legal registration certificate, including business license, organization code certificate, social insurance registration certificate, registration certificate of resident representative office of foreign enterprises or registration certificate of representative office of overseas non-governmental organizations, etc. , and provide proof of the social unified credit code with the existing social unified credit code.

(2) Work experience certificate (the work experience certificate issued by the applicant's former work unit related to the current employment position, including post, working hours or projects done, must be stamped with the official seal of the applicant's former work unit or the signature of the person in charge, and leave an effective contact number or email address to prove the contact person).
(3) The highest education (education) certificate or relevant approval documents and professional qualification certificate (to be certified by the embassy or consulate).
(4) No proof of criminal record (proof of embassy or consulate is required)
(5) Physical examination certificate (overseas personnel verification certificate or health examination certificate issued by China inspection and quarantine institution, or medical examination certificate issued by overseas health and medical institutions recognized by China inspection and quarantine institution) shall be issued within 6 months. )
(6) Employment contract or employment certificate (including dispatch letter from multinational company)

3. Apply for "Work Permit for China People and Foreigners" (hereinafter referred to as "Work Permit for Foreigners").

(5) If the application materials are not submitted to the original for verification, the original should be submitted for verification when handling the work permit for foreigners. The use of commitment system certification materials, you can no longer provide paper materials.
4. Notice of applying for a work permit for foreigners (working in China for less than 90 days, including 90 days)
(1) Application Form for Foreigners' Work Permit in China (filled in and printed online, signed by the applicant (can be copied or faxed), stamped with the official seal of the employer, and then uploaded to the system. )
(2) Work contract, project contract, cooperation agreement or invitation letter from the inviting unit (including the applicant's name, nationality, work place, working period and work content, and list all work places and entry time. )

Remarks:
(1) Foreign language materials must be accompanied by Chinese translations, and all copies and translations of submitted materials must be stamped with the official seal of the company. But passports or international travel documents do not need to be translated. If the accepting institution or decision-making institution has major objections to the original text, it may request the employing unit to provide it again.
(2) All original paper materials and Chinese translations shall be uploaded to the processing system electronically.

(2) Submit application materials.
