On December 29, 1976, between 1:50 and 2:10 in the morning, a moving flying saucer appeared over Portugal and Spain. It looked like an overlapping saucer with a round cover on the top. , showing a yellow light beam. According to witnesses in Lisbon, Portugal, Valencia, Murcia, Almeria, Melilla and other provinces and cities in Spain, this UFO emits green and light blue light and can change speed and hover in the air. .

According to eyewitness observations, the flying saucer first flew from north to south, and then flew all the way to a Spanish military base near Talavera.

The military dogs were still barking in the darkness, and people seemed to hear a roar similar to that of an airplane. The patrol finally saw a fireworks-like light and continued running eastward along the track. The sentry at Post 4 reported that they spotted a flashing flying object coming from the canyon. After flying into the base, it passed straight over the left side of the runway at a height of about ten meters, and finally hovered over a valley, emitting a strong light. The sentry at Post 4 wanted to make an internal call to contact Post 5, but the phone line was always blocked.

In order not to expose their target, the patrol extinguished their portable lights and continued walking forward in the darkness. When they passed Post No. 5, no one ordered them to stop advancing. The sergeant leading the team had a premonition that something was wrong, so he ordered the soldiers to approach the post in two groups. The sentry recalled intermittently that a strong light hit his right side and a flying object flew past him. Then he couldn't remember anything.

As the patrol continued to move forward, they encountered several more witnesses. These soldiers recalled that after the UFO flew over Post No. 5, it stopped over the entrance of Tunnel No. 5. They rushed to the entrance of Tunnel No. 5 fully armed and loaded their bullets, ready to fight at any time. . But nothing unusual was found, just a white object hovering there. They stared at it intently. It was a huge round object, like an overturned plate, with a round lid on it. Every part of it glows. Other witnesses recalled that its light was particularly strong, but unstable, sometimes strong and sometimes weak. When the luminosity increases, it resembles a vague luminous object, but when the luminosity decreases, its shape is revealed.

The flying saucer flew along the steep slope of the defense line at a speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour, and finally disappeared behind the top of the mountain.

The UFO stayed at the base for about 15 to 20 minutes. After it disappeared, the lights at the base suddenly came on again and the generator started running again.

What is even more strange is that when the UFO appears and disappears, the military dogs used by the base for night surveillance are also frightened. They bark and circle nervously, and they cannot calm down.

The next morning, the soldiers found some quartz-like crystal material on the ground of the base. But the soil in the base is clay, and it is difficult to find quartz crystals in such soil.

Is the UFO that caused the blackout really a flying saucer? What on earth is it doing at the military base? Another unsolved mystery.
