Recommended camera for star photography

To shoot astronomy, Canon specially made a 60Da.

Canon EOS 60Da is a digital SLR camera for astronomers and amateurs. On the basis of 60Da, the infrared filter is adjusted, and the18 megapixel APS-C frame sensor which is more sensitive to Hα (hydrogen α) rays is replaced. In addition to the 3-inch rotatable high-definition LCD screen, 9: 00 autofocus system and TV output, 60Da also has the silent shooting function appearing on 5D Mark III. In addition, Canon also equipped 60Da with RA-E3 remote controller and AC power adapter components for exposure shooting for more than 30s.

Canon 60Da adopts an improved APS-C format sensor, which not only has the original advantage of low noise, but also has a specially customized infrared filter, so that its sensitivity to hydrogen-α (hydrogen atom emission line, referred to as ha spectrum) is three times that of the standard EOS 60D, and then better astronomical shooting results are obtained.

The above is under the science popularization.

You have been talking for so long. First of all, what is your budget? The general idea for you is to focus on the lens first. Although it doesn't have to be done in one step, it's best not to start with digital condoms.
