First, continue to extensively carry out the contact and editing work of Luoding folks, and promote the continuous development of the friendship work of fellow villagers in our city.

If we can mobilize the enthusiasm of these outstanding foreign villagers, I believe they will definitely contribute to the construction of their hometown. In fact, at present, some projects in our city have been invested or introduced back to our city, such as Haolaiwan Hotel, Nangang Dijing, elegant rice, Julongmi, Sunshine City and Royal Garden, Luoding International Hotel under construction, and the planned Triumph Square project. This is obvious to all.

Third, the core position of networking activities with Guangzhou as a fellow countryman continues to be obvious.

In the past year, leaders of old cities such as , Guangzhou, Chongqing and Peng often took the lead in organizing villagers to carry out networking and exchange activities, and invited elites from all over the Pearl River Delta to participate. This meaningful work is in full swing. The two old leaders are very enthusiastic and willing to help the villagers everywhere, and their prestige is very high, which makes the core position of friendship activities with fellow villagers in Guangzhou continue to be obvious.

Fourth, local villagers went abroad to participate in and hold networking and exchange activities frequently, and the work of communicating with the rural situation and rallying the rural heart continued to be strengthened.

For example, on April 13, CPPCC members working in our city were mobilized to raise 35,000 yuan to build a cement basketball court for Luoguang Primary School in Jiejie Town. Second, more and more foreigners are full of confidence in the future development of their hometown. Over the past year, especially the new leadership team headed by Secretary Chen Min has attached great importance to going to the countryside and the work of nostalgia. The new leadership team led by him is full of spirit, United and pragmatic, and puts forward the working idea of "gathering people's hearts, laying a foundation, promoting development and creating a brand", putting "gathering people's hearts" in the first place, fully embodying the people-oriented nature of the new leadership team, giving full play to our rich advantages in network resources in Luoding, and calling on Luoding people at home and abroad to unite sincerely, concentrate on their efforts and start a business with one heart. A series of measures have made more and more foreign villagers full of confidence in the future development of their hometown, and they have said that they will further strengthen their ties with their hometown, contribute their wisdom to the development of their hometown, and continue to support the construction of their hometown.

Third, some suggestions.

1. It is suggested that CPPCC appropriately increase the number of CPPCC members invited by the Special Committee. These CPPCC members are relatively successful people in the local area, with good influence, and they all love their hometown and can take the lead. In recent years, they initiated, led and assisted in organizing a series of villagers' fellowship activities, which set off a new upsurge of villagers' fellowship work in various places in our city, made foreign villagers in our city pay more attention to, care for, care for and support their hometown, built a bridge between foreign villagers and their hometown government, and played a role in communicating rural feelings, connecting friendship, rallying rural people's hearts and promoting development. Therefore, it is suggested that the number of CPPCC members invited by special committees should be appropriately increased.

2. It is suggested and hoped that all towns in our city can set up foreign villagers' associations (such as Guangzhou Villagers' Association) to unite foreign villagers in our town and make suggestions for the development of our hometown. It is suggested that the municipal government should take the lead in organizing the implementation, and under the guidance of CPPCC, it should be undertaken by the township governments and assisted by the municipal government office in Guangzhou.

3. It is suggested that the municipal party committee and municipal government can hold a large-scale "heartfelt meeting" in Luoding, hometown every year.
