Reflections on middle school students' visit to dairy farms

Accompanied by the warm sunshine, middle-class children, led by teachers, went to the dairy farm to get in close contact with cows and understand the whole process of milk production.

Under the leadership of the staff, teachers and children visited the disinfection room, sample storage room and inspection room respectively, and listened to the knowledge of the staff about the production and processing methods of dairy products. The uncles and aunts of the dairy farm also gave each child a free milk taste. Next is the most exciting moment for the babies. Parents, teachers and children hold hands and line up neatly to feed the cows. As soon as I entered the pasture gate, I saw three precious Juanshan cows and Holstein cows standing in the cowshed, eating with relish. The children watched and chatted excitedly, picked up hay and straw to feed them, and finally took a group photo with the cows as a souvenir.

This visit is a form of making full use of community resources to carry out educational practice in our park. The activity not only gave children a new understanding of where milk came from, enriched their knowledge and experience, but also enhanced the emotional communication between parents and children, and achieved good results.
