Which district is the old city of Qingdao?

The old city of Qingdao refers to the Shinan District.

Qingdao is divided into Shinan District, Shibei District, Taixi District, Taidong District, Sicang District, Licun District and Fushan District. The old city of Qingdao is the most colloquial.
