About the purchase of SLR cameras, especially cannon

1. Anti-shake is always an auxiliary function. A lens or body with anti-shake can only increase the shutter speed by about 3-4 stops.

If you are shooting with a telephoto lens, it is best to use a tripod. Anti-shake is basically a decoration.

To put it simply, anti-shake is generally not needed when outdoors during the day. If it is indoors or under poor lighting conditions, it can play a certain role in the critical point between virtual and non-virtual. If it is a dark place such as a karaoke bar or a bar, anti-shake is useless.

2. The advantage of shoulder screen is convenience. The parameters of the machine can be seen at a glance on this screen when you take photos. Such as: sensitivity, shutter speed, aperture, shooting mode, etc. If there is no shoulder screen, shooting information can generally only be obtained through the LCD on the back or the eyepiece.

3. Entry-level SLRs are definitely fundamentally different from high-end SLRs in many aspects.

The material of the casing, the life of the shutter, the portability of operation, the speed of continuous shooting, the accuracy and speed of focusing, the suppression of high-sensitivity noise, the size of the photosensitive element, etc. are all the same as those of professional SLRs. There is a certain gap between cameras. If it is only for home use and occasional small creations, an entry-level SLR is actually enough and can be used very well. It mainly depends on how you use it and what you use it for.

4. The lens itself is not universal. The interface of each brand is different. The purpose is to protect their respective user groups. After all, most SLRs use one body with multiple lenses, and merchants will not be stupid enough to give up the profits of lenses and use them with other brands.

So apart from this brand of lenses, only other subsidiary factory lenses can be used. Mainly for Tamron, Sigma, Legend and other lens manufacturers. They will produce lenses with different mounts to be compatible with different brands of camera bodies. Such as Canon mount, Nikon, Pentax, Sony, etc.

The price of these sub-factory lens manufacturers is cheaper than the original lens under the same parameters, but there are still certain deficiencies in image quality and compatibility compared with the original lens (a few of them are Outside the lens of the deputy factory). The main selling point is cost performance.

If you use a Canon body, can you use Nikon or Zeiss lenses? It can be used. But you have to use an adapter ring or even change the bayonet. But basically it is impossible to achieve autofocus.

So, when choosing a brand, most of them go for the camera. Each manufacturer's lens has a different imaging style. It depends on which brand you prefer, or which brand is more suitable for you.

After playing to a certain level in the future, it is inevitable to upgrade the lens or change the body. This is also the reason why SLRs cost money, especially lenses. Nowadays, the mainstream SLR brands each have a huge lens group, from low-end to high-end. So it doesn’t mean that you must buy Canon if you upgrade your lens in the future. Nikon is the same. It depends on how many lenses you want to buy and how much it costs to buy one lens.

However, in comparison, Canon has more high-end fixed-focus lenses. Compared with Nikon, lenses with the same parameters are cheaper. But the two-level differentiation is quite serious. The high-end ones are good, the low-end ones are average. Overall, Nikon's prices are slightly higher, but from low-end to high-end, Nikon's products are pretty good.

5. A SLR is definitely heavier than a card. You can go to the store to play with it and try it yourself.

The inconvenience of SLR comes from portability. You have one extra piece of luggage when you go out, and that’s a camera bag! Maybe 2-3 lenses will be placed inside. Even for the smallest entry-level SLR, you have to carry it in a bag, unlike a card camera that can be put in your pocket.

For shooting, this weight will not make you feel tired. On the contrary, the way the SLR shoots with the eyepiece and its own weight will make the shooting more stable. The camera is placed against the face, the left hand holds the lens, the right hand presses the shutter, and the reflector pops up with a click. This shooting method is the most scientific and stable. Unless you are shooting handheld with a telephoto lens (such as the Canon White Rabbit), it requires a certain amount of physical strength and arm strength.

All the above are done by hand.
