They are easy to make, healthy and delicious. 1. Multi-grain rice "Ingredients" 1.5 cups of brown rice, 1/2 cup of purple rice, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 cup of linseeds "Method" Wash the brown rice, purple rice, oatmeal and linseeds the night before, Soak until soft. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of white vinegar to the water before steaming. Steam the rice in a ratio of 1 part brown rice to 1.2 boiling water, then simmer for half an hour. 2.
