First of all, the front

The camera is facing the person being photographed, and the person is photographed head-on. This person has a complete face, distinct facial features, natural expression and solemn expression. Positive images usually require that you can see people's ears. If you can only see one ear, even if you can see most of the face, it is not a positive image. The positive image is symmetrical with five senses, which makes people feel more real, so it is regarded as a standard image.

The angle of the half side can be adjusted flexibly, and the face can be exposed more or less, which is a common angle in figure photography.

Third, the side.

Looking at a character's face from the side, it is well-defined and can leave a deep impression on people. However, the side lacks perspective change and is not as lively as the half side, which is a less commonly used angle.

First of all, head-up

Head-up refers to that the camera is at the same height as the head of the subject, and the optical axis of the lens is parallel to the human line of sight. Head-up photos conform to people's daily life.

Our visual habits give people a sense of psychological closeness and equality. Head-up shooting, the face of the character is not easy to deform, and the composition is stable, which is conducive to future performance. However, when shooting a crowded scene, people in the front and back rows are prone to overlap and occlusion.

Second, overlooking

Raising the camera position and shooting from top to bottom can form a larger spatial layout, and the front and rear figures are not shielded from each other, which is conducive to shooting scenes with many people. The government looks after children just like adults, which is more in line with people's visual habits. But shooting people from above is easy to cause a certain degree of deformation. If you shoot people at close range with a wide-angle lens, people will look big and small.

Third, look up

Lower the camera position and shoot from bottom to top, so that the characters look tall and dignified. If you use a wide-angle lens to shoot back at close range, the characters will look tall and straight, which will produce more exaggerated visual impact. Looking up can lower the horizon, make the sky a background, and make the picture more concise. But looking up at the scene with many people, it seems that people on both sides of the picture are leaning towards the middle, and the people behind them will be blocked by the front row.
