In order to let these children enjoy the same care, the General Party Branch of the neighborhood committee, the Youth League Committee and the guidance office of Baoshan mentally retarded school launched the theme activity "Pay attention to mentally retarded children and build a loving world together" to give social care to special students.

Baoshan District School for Mental Retardation is the only school under the jurisdiction of Linjiang Park Neighborhood Committee.
