Bitahai

After passing the commercial street, you can see the entrance of Pudacuo National Park. After checking our tickets, we walked in. There were few people and we didn’t have to queue. We got on the sightseeing bus directly.

I saw a wild golden pheasant along the way, which may also be a golden pheasant. It's a bit far away, so I can't be sure what species it is, but just seeing its gorgeous and changeable colorful feathers is enough to make me ecstatic.

Militang

Militang Alpine Ranch is the second stop of the sightseeing bus.

Pudacuo Park simply satisfied my yearning for the forest park. !The green meadow has small rose, yellow, and white flowers scattered here and there, and yaks are grazing. At that time, I had just finished reading "The Bed Is the Tomb of Youth" written by Qi Jin. The first article contained a description of the plateau. After reading it, I really thought, wow, it is so beautiful.

Located in the center of the "Three Parallel Rivers" World Natural Heritage in northwest Yunnan, it consists of two parts: the Bitahai Nature Reserve, an internationally important wetland, and the Duhu Scenic Area, which is part of the Haba area of ??the "Three Parallel Rivers" World Natural Heritage. , with Bitahai, Shudu Lake and Xiagui Tibetan Cultural and Natural Village as its main components, it is also one of the main tourist attractions in Shangri-La.

The announcement on the scenic bus said that two scenic spots were closed to protect the environment. The open lake has a plank road that can be walked for an hour or by boat. We walked on the plank road for an hour and went back. There was not much to see in early April, but it happened to snow and I saw what Pudacuo looks like in winter.
