According to the Regulations on Personnel Management of Institutions, Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions of Hebei Province, and Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions of Handan City (Trial) (Hanrenshe [2011] No.31), in order to meet the needs of the work of institutions in the Party-mass system in our region, it is decided through research.

The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment principle

Adhere to the principles of having both ability and political integrity, democracy and openness, and competition for the best, and select the best candidates on the basis of examination and investigation.

Second, the recruitment method

This recruitment adopts a unified recruitment method.

According to the announcement, registration and qualification examination, written examination, qualification review, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity, job selection, employment and other steps.

Third, the recruitment position and number of people

The recruitment positions are full-time career personnel in Feixiang District 1 10, including 55 "college graduates" and 10 targeted recruitment positions, respectively:

32 township agricultural comprehensive service centers;

There are 25 township natural resources and ecological environment offices, of which 25 are limited to "college graduates";

25 township comprehensive administrative law enforcement teams, of which 25 are limited to "college graduates";

Township service stations for retired soldiers 13, including targeted recruitment posts 10;

5 township administrative comprehensive service centers;

"College graduates" in post conditions include the following personnel:

(1) College graduates who were included in the national unified recruitment plan in 2022, accepted by ordinary colleges and universities, and held employment registration certificates for ordinary college graduates.

(2) If the graduates of ordinary colleges and universities enrolled by the state leave school in 2023 and fail to implement their work units during the career selection period, their household registration, files and organizational relationships will remain in the original graduate school, or among the graduates of graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service institutions at all levels, and public employment service institutions at all levels.

(3) Personnel who have no work experience before participating in the "Service Grass-roots Project" and have not implemented their work units within 2 years after passing the examination after the service expires.

(4) Retired soldiers who studied or joined the army in institutions of higher learning in the year of graduation did not implement their work units within 2 years after retirement (including resumption of schooling).

(5) Returned overseas students who obtained a foreign degree and completed the qualification certification of the education department in 2022, and returned overseas students who obtained a foreign degree and completed the qualification certification of the education department in 2023 and did not implement the work unit.

Targeted recruitment positions include "serving grassroots project personnel", "retired university student soldiers" and "Winter (Paralympic) university student volunteers".

"Serving grassroots project personnel" refers to those who have participated in the "three supports and one support" plan in Handan and passed the examination, as well as those who have served and passed the examination in Handan in 2022, such as the "Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Stage" and the "Volunteer Service Plan for Western College Students".

"Retired college student soldiers" refer to the following two types of personnel: first, retired soldiers who joined the army from Handan City, retired from active service after the expiration of their service, and obtained college education or above before joining the army; Second, retired soldiers who were enlisted from Handan City during their college years, retired from active service after the expiration of their service, and obtained college education or above in general higher education.

"Winter (Paralympic) College Student Volunteers" refers to the college student volunteers who serve the Winter Olympics and Paralympics among the fresh graduates in 2022.

Four. Recruitment objectives and conditions

(a) candidates should meet the following basic conditions:

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. The age is generally between 18 and 35 (born between1February 987 14 and February 2005 13);

3. Abide by the Constitution and laws, love grassroots work, and have good conduct and professional ethics;

4. Have academic qualifications and other conditions that are compatible with the requirements of the recruitment position;

5. Physical conditions that meet the post requirements;

6. Persons with master's degree or above, college graduates and targeted recruitment positions are not limited to household registration.

Other applicants should have permanent residence or college entrance examination students. If the spouse, parents, in-laws and in-laws of the applicant have permanent residence, they can be regarded as having their household registration.

The household registration is based on the location of the household registration on February 13, 2023 (the first day of registration).

(two) in any of the following circumstances, the application shall not be made:

(3) Cancellation clause

Avoidance relationship includes the situations listed in Article 6 of the Regulations on Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions and Article 41 of the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions in Hebei Province.
