Established. According to official website, Zunyi Municipal People's Government, Xinpu New District is located in the east of downtown Zunyi, Guizhou Province, and is the future political, economic, cultural, financial and transportation center of Zunyi, with a distance of 10 km. In May 2009, Xinpu New District was formally established.
