It is like a pearl, but it is defiled by worldly greed and blocked by dust and labor, leading to ignorance and hard work.

Therefore, the road to growth is nothing more than getting rid of habits and seeking Tao. But it is easy to know, but it is extremely difficult. Of course, it is the only way to temper things, but in the life situation of "if you don't worry about your own things", wouldn't it be wonderful if you had an experiential activity to wake up your mind?

Coming to Suyuan to participate in the activities of "Su Kou Su Xin Su Life" is such a real experience.

In a clean, concise and tidy space, flower merchants are full of Zen; Fellow practitioners of the former sages lived in harmony and were in raptures. I feel very at ease.

The simple introduction brought the participants closer together. It is in harmony with the Tao. How can it be strange? Under the strict planning, experience life in an orderly way with a simple heart.

This experience is very special. In the vernacular, just four words-eat well. Maybe everyone will say, who won't eat well? Isn't this an innate instinct? Okay, let me explain.

We are going to cook a vegetarian meal ourselves, and every dish is designed in a unique way. I am very initiated, and the dish I painted is "Dongpo tearing bamboo shoots by hand" (Dongpo can not only cook elbows, but also vegetarian dishes. No wonder I can appreciate the philosophy that delicious food on earth is pure joy. Cooking well is one of my hobbies, but my characteristic is that I always like to be unconventional; Fast and efficient, but after a fierce operation, the whole kitchen became a scene of post-disaster reconstruction.

Here and now, I find the atmosphere is different. Put on the prepared work clothes and even ironed the rag. Assigned to ingredients, cooked according to regulations under the guidance of the former sages. The point is that if you can't tear a few pieces, my heart will be messed up. Where will it go? Suddenly remind of why Hayek criticized rational conceit? After a while, I was thinking that children are addicted to games. Is it social disorder or parental negligence? Missing each other is like running thunder.

However, in this field, I can feel it immediately, just like in the silent night, a little noise will make a sound, and I quickly tightened this spirit. And this kind of soul awareness can only be presented in stillness, as Zhu said, "Open a square pond of half an acre, and the sky and the clouds will wander together."

Under the guidance of the sages, the broth and seasoning oil (30 sesame seeds accurately) were boiled in strict accordance with the steps, shredded bamboo shoots were soaked in water for seasoning, and then put on a plate for modeling, and a well-cooked Dongpo shredded bamboo shoots was completed.

Fellow initiates offered dishes, which were so beautiful that they were simply works of art worth collecting. After careful tasting, my heart was completely shocked-this smell only exists in the sky, so why does it flow to the world? I especially tasted my own Dongpo shredded bamboo shoots. I can't believe it. Is this really the smell I made? Of course, without the usual conceit of culinary aesthetics, those great masterpieces are just a dream without clean and subtle efforts. It turns out that "the heart of the thatched cottage is stable, and the nature determines the fragrance of the roots", which is what it means.

It suddenly occurred to me that Stephen Chow's classic words in Gourmet "Everyone is a gourmet with his heart". Yes, we really need to reflect on ourselves-have we ever lived with our hearts? With what heart? Mencius said, "There is no other way to learn, but rest assured." In the face of this secular value system that constantly guides people's hearts to rush outward, our hearts are wandering, and even if they are found, they are covered in dirt.

At this time, we must strive to "rub often." Where is the starting point? Ancestors have long been wise-people take food as the sky, and between square inches, heaven appears. The mouth is the gateway to the heart, and the starting point of the heart is the mouth: the disease enters through the mouth and the disaster comes out from the mouth. What should we eat? Why eat it? How to eat?

Do people eat just to live? What is the difference between that and animals?

If you walk in the position of element (human value standard), your true heart will appear, and nature and everything will be integrated. The original heart of "I can't bear to eat its meat when I hear its voice" will be revealed, leaving living space for all beings with the virtue of living well; Or embroider your mouth and spit it out, and speak in good faith to bring light and warmth to the world.

So-"element", as far as nouns are concerned, is the reality of pure inaction; In adjectives, it is a real and natural realm; Verbally speaking, it is a kung fu for the loss of Tao; All methods should be made when returning to the heart.
