Photographic device for microphotography

The simplest microphotographic equipment includes an optical microscope, a camera or a movie camera and a viewfinder (Figure 2). The effective optical image acting on the photographic base plate is generally formed by all optical systems (objective lens+eyepiece) of the microscope. On the other hand, cameras are different from ordinary cameras. They are specially designed for microphotography. They have no camera lens and can be directly installed on the microscope barrel. In addition, the camera can be connected to the lens barrel through the lens barrel for microphotography. Generally, there is a rectangular viewfinder and a viewfinder focusing the eyepiece on the connector. Used for framing, focusing and adjusting image width. Choose the appropriate exposure time, and some can also connect with automatic exposure equipment to determine the exposure time more accurately.
