How to adjust the time and date of the watch camera

The watch camera adjusts the time and date as follows:

1. Open the menu or setting interface of the watch camera. Most watch cameras have a menu button or setting option.

2. In the menu or setting interface, find the date and time options. Usually in system settings or basic settings.

3. After entering the date and time option, you can see options such as year, month, day and time.

4. Use the crown or buttons to change the year, month, day and time. Adjust according to the instructions on the display screen, and click Save to exit the setting interface of the menu.
