1. Shoot through the forest.

When sunlight penetrates the forest, it will form bundles of light through the forest because it is blocked by leaves and branches. This kind of light is called "the holy light of Jesus" by some photographers, which can add a sense of holiness to the picture.

Shooting such a subject, it is best to choose in the early morning or dusk, when the sun shines obliquely into the Woods, you can get the best picture effect. In actual shooting, you can shoot against the light or shoot with side light and parallel light.

In terms of exposure, you can take dark photos according to the brightness of forest light to set off forest light; On this basis, you can also add 1~2 exposure compensation to make the picture more detailed.

The forest beam is shot against the light, and the exposure compensation of 1 is added to make the picture more beam-like, with more details and obvious contrast between light and dark.

2. patting the trunk shows tenacious vitality.

In addition to the overall description of the big scene of trees, there are also some expressive local close-ups to highlight some characteristics of trees. For example, taking a close-up of a trunk, although the rough trunk has no aesthetic feeling, it can well show the tenacious vitality of trees.

The camera was shot from low altitude with a clear sky in the background. Under the side light, the obvious contrast between light and shade shows the rough texture and strange shape of the trunk.

3. Take photos of trees to show the beauty of light and shadow.

It's monotonous to just shoot a tree. You can use the surrounding environment to set off trees and beautify the picture. Usually, you can choose to shoot at sunset. The afterglow of the sunset dyed the sky red and the trees in the picture were processed into silhouettes. The whole picture is beautiful, with prominent trees and obvious light and shadow.

Silhouette forms are used to strengthen the shape and outline of trees. Sunlight forms mottled light and shadow and warm gradient through the leaves, making the picture of sunset more beautiful.

4. Use backlight to display the outline of trees.

Silhouette shooting can dilute the details of the subject, but strengthen the shape and outline of the subject. Trees usually have streamlined main branches and complex branches. Dense branches of trees will show the effect of spreading branches and shuttle between large and small branches. Two leaves

1. Grow translucent leaves.

You can beat the leaves in the sun to get translucent leaves. When shooting, you should try to use a large aperture telephoto lens, compress the depth of field, blur the messy background, make the leaves in the picture more prominent, and the dark background can create a strong contrast between light and dark. When necessary, it is necessary to add a hood to the lens to prevent stray light from entering the lens and affecting the picture effect.

Under the compression of telephoto lens, the leaves as the main body in the image with small depth of field are very prominent, and the image appears concise and powerful. The photographer chose a dark background to set off the yellow leaves, which better highlighted the transparent texture of the leaves.

2. Special styling

3. Highlight the subject with a dark background.

Like taking flowers, we can also set off the main leaves with a black background. When shooting outdoors, you can make full use of the shadows produced by natural light as the background, thus easily creating a mystery of dark or even black background.

Shooting red leaves in the shade, using light to make the background and leaves contrast, not only makes the leaves obviously different from other scenes, but also makes the red maple leaves stand out against the dark background. 4. The beauty of dead leaves

Yellow leaves can be seen everywhere from autumn to winter. As long as you pay attention to them, they are also excellent shooting materials. Usually, you can express the atmosphere for a period of time through small depth of field and light and shadow effects.

5. The most artistic corner.

When we are in the Woods and want to shoot green leaves, we often feel powerless. Either it's too messy, or the picture is crowded and it's difficult to prioritize. This is mainly a matter of composition.

Don't always think about taking pictures of all the branches and leaves when shooting. We can find a corner of a leaf, make it occupy about 2/3 of the screen, and leave other areas blank as much as possible. If the background is really messy, you can use a large aperture or a long focal length to blur the background and highlight the subject to be represented.

When shooting in dense forests, the picture is often dark or the shutter speed is reduced due to insufficient light. At this time, the flash can be used to fill the light, but in order to avoid the reflective marks on the leaves, it is best to use a soft mask to soften the light of the flash. In addition, we can also increase the exposure compensation appropriately to brighten the picture.
