The days when I don't work are always boring. I want to find a place to vent the accumulated negative energy, so Daocheng Aden appeared in my plan, and I once again set foot on the road of western Sichuan.

Daocheng Yading is located in Yading Village, Shangri-La Town, Daocheng County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is mainly composed of three sacred mountains, namely "Xiannairi, Yangmaiyong and Shanuoduoji" and surrounding rivers, lakes and alpine meadows. Its scenery is almost extinct on the earth. Because of its unique landform and primitive natural scenery, it has been praised by international friends as "the soul of Shangri-La, China" and "the last pure land on the blue planet".

Aden Scenic Area has not only magnificent and sacred snow-capped mountains, but also vast meadows, colorful forests and blue and transparent Haizi. Almost all the most beautiful things in the snowy plateau are gathered here, which makes people linger. Like local devout Tibetans, hiking around the mountains is the best way to feel the scenery of Aden. However, due to the high altitude of Aden reserve, it still takes considerable physical strength to walk all the way down. Aden means "sunny place" in Tibetan. The three snow-capped mountains in the reserve, namely, Xiannai Ri, Yangmaiyong and Xianuoduoji, are distributed in the north-south direction and arranged in a zigzag pattern, which are collectively called "Nianqing Gongga Risong Gongbu", which means: the three holy places of Dharma Mountain with perennial snow. Known as the "Three-legged Snow Mountain" in Tibetan Buddhism, it is a sacred place in the hearts of Tibetans.

Located in the middle section of Hengduan Mountains in the eastern part of the famous Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. On the Xiaogongga Mountain in the east of Aden Nature Reserve, three snow-capped mountains rise into the sky. Beifeng is the sun, with an altitude of 6032 meters; Nanfeng Yangmaiyong and Dongfeng Shanuoduoji are both 5958 meters above sea level. The three snow-capped mountains are winding and towering, far away from each other; Handsome, magnificent, shocking the soul, shocking the soul. It is called the peak of snow-capped mountains in Tibetan areas in western China. According to Buddhist scriptures, there are 24 holy places in the world, all of which are owned by Sansheng Mountain. The three peaks are called "Nianqing Gongga Risong Gongbu", which means "Sansheng Mountain" and are places where all beings worship and accumulate virtue. According to legend, in the eighth century AD, three snow-capped mountains were blessed and named by the Lotus Peanut Master.

Aden Nature Reserve covers an area of 56,000 hectares, with an altitude of 2,900 meters (Gongga Estuary) to 6,032 meters (Xiannairi Peak). The scenic spot is centered on the three snow peaks of Xiannairi, Yangmaiyong and Shanuoduoji, which are distributed from north to south. Due to the special geographical environment and natural climate, it has formed a unique landform and natural landscape, which is the most intact natural ecosystem in China. The three snow-capped mountains in the reserve, Xiannairi (Tibetan Guanyin Bodhisattva), Yangmaiyong (Tibetan Manjusri Bodhisattva) and Shanuoduoji (Tibetan Vajrayana Bodhisattva), are not far apart and rise from the ground to form a triangle. Tibetan Buddhism is called "Risong Gongbu", which means three-legged mountain. Xiannai Ribei Peak is 6032 meters above sea level, Yangmai Yongnan Peak is 5958 meters above sea level, and Shanuoduo Jidong Peak is 5958 meters above sea level. The peaks of the three snow-capped mountains are all white and spotless. There is a vast forest on the mountainside, with Quanfei Waterfall in it, and a wide valley at the foot of the mountain twists and turns, inlaid with a mirror-like lake. Snow peaks, glaciers, forests, streams, waterfalls, meadows and lakes are organically combined, and wild animals haunt them, showing a quiet pure land.

Since the Quaternary geological age (2.5 million years), due to the influence of neotectonic movement, strong uplift and fracture have occurred in this area, forming a unique plateau canyon landform. Preserved a very high mountain natural ecosystem, including ice peaks and snow ridges, wide glaciers, virgin forests and plateau meadows. The purpose of establishing Aden Nature Reserve is mainly to protect its rich animal and plant resources, complex and diverse biological genes, rare natural landscape and its extremely high mountain natural ecosystem. Protecting natural resources is the main function of this reserve.

There are three snow-capped mountains in Daocheng Aden, namely, Xiannairi, Yangmaiyong and Shanuoduoji, which are regarded as the patron saint of protecting Tibetans in Aden. Snow-capped mountains are set off by colorful forests, and lakes in the valley are reflected. Such beautiful scenery can be seen everywhere in Daocheng Aden. This is the legendary Shangri-La, which makes you walk into fairyland like an oil painting. There are also three famous Haizi in Daocheng. The lakes formed by Milk Sea, Five-color Sea, Pearl Sea and Snow Water are always fascinating.

It's a long drive from Chengdu to Daocheng, and it takes two days. The time on the bus is the hardest. I dozed off while looking at the scenery outside the window. Arrive at the first stop in the afternoon, Kangding, the hometown of love songs. I have been to this place more than once or twice, and I have no desire to go shopping. After getting off the bus, I found that the temperature in this place is very different from that in Chengdu, so I only wore short sleeves. Because I took a long-distance bus, my clothes were locked in the luggage compartment, and I couldn't open them at my destination. I could only leave a shivering figure in the strange eyes of others.

The Tibetan girl in the inn is about sixteen or seventeen. She just came back from school to help her family run the inn business. She communicates with me in Mandarin, which is not very fluent. Seeing that I was wearing less, she asked me if I was cold. The reality is very cold, but I have no clothes. I lay in my room and had a rest. When I was about to fall asleep, someone knocked at the door. I rubbed my eyes and impatiently opened the door to say something, only to see her holding a cotton-padded coat. She said it was her biggest dress. I'll put it on first and return it to her when I leave. I'm a little confused and don't know what to say. When I was ready to say thank you, she had already left. She was gone when I left the next day. I returned the clothes to her family and asked him to say thank you to her for me.

In the cold wind in the morning, I walked proudly, like a rogue who would deliberately stay away from others.

I went back to the hard time on the bus, but fell asleep when the road was clear. I had a dream, but I can't remember the content clearly. I heard the bus driver yelling at a Tibetan uncle with an authentic Trump. His feet stink. Let him put on his shoes. The original words were "Pang stinks, put on your shoes", and I couldn't help laughing.

At three o'clock in the afternoon, the bus finally arrived at its destination-Daocheng County, which was called "Daoba" in ancient times, which means the open place at the mouth of the valley in Tibetan. The Eastern Han Dynasty was the land of the White Wolf Qiang, the Tang Dynasty belonged to Tubo, the Yuan Dynasty to Tubo and other propaganda departments, the Ming Dynasty to Dogan Tusi, and the Qing Dynasty to Litang Tusi. In the thirty-third year of Guangxu (A.D. 19 1 1), Daocheng County was officially approved and placed under Kangding Prefecture. "Xikang Tujing" records: "In the thirty-third year of Guangxu, rice was planted here, so it was renamed Daocheng County, and I wish it success." A Tibetan driver was found at the gate of the passenger station with 60 kg of equipment luggage. After negotiating the price, I got on the bus. It was almost five o'clock in the afternoon when we arrived at Ziwa Township. I originally planned to go to Kanggu Village, the starting point of Dazhuanshan today, but after careful consideration, I chose to stay in the local area.

The owner of the hotel is a Korean girl. She said that she traveled all over China, probably because she was exhausted on the road, so she finally chose to live in Aden, and then she opened an international youth hostel here with her boyfriend in China and lived her own life. Then I asked her some questions about the route, and she answered them enthusiastically. She was surprised when she learned that I was going to make a big turn on the mountain. She said that there are very few people going to Sansheng Mountain by turning the big bend here, because the time (eight days on foot) and energy (no man's land, forests and many passes) spent on the big bend are very large and dangerous. I don't think so. I bravely said, "I try not to commit suicide." When she saw me, she just shook her head and smiled helplessly, and then she didn't say much.

When I checked out in the morning, she only said "Good luck" to me. Later, I found that it was really not difficult to climb the mountain. The road up the mountain is a narrow path, carrying about 60 kilograms of luggage, basically taking a rest for a minute after walking for dozens of meters, and it is broken when walking in the big forest, either a cliff that human beings can't walk on, or a thorn bush that can't walk at all. After being tortured for a long time, I completely lost my way. It is already three o'clock in the afternoon. The choice I face is either to continue walking and camp in the forest at night, or to go back and take a bus to Ziwa Township to enter the scenic spot tomorrow. Everyone knows that it is dangerous to camp in the forest at night, and there is no water, so I finally took a look at the snow-capped mountains in Xiannairi, decided to go back, and finally got out of the forest before dark. At this time, I felt that my whole body was hollowed out and I really couldn't walk. Just when I was at my wit's end, I met a Tibetan driver's eldest brother and said that he would send us to Ziwa Township for free. I am so excited, really, the motherland is full of relatives.

Someone said, "If you have been to Daocheng Aden and looked at the beautiful scenery of the world, you will feel that it is not beautiful enough. You should keep it for later use! " Walking into Daocheng Aden, every scene is a painting deep in my memory, as if every step is stepping into a reincarnation, looking for the true meaning of feelings in reincarnation. Under the blue sky as clear as a mirror, the wind blew, cattle and sheep were faintly visible on the horizon, and the holy snow-capped mountains in the distance pierced the sky. ......

Yesterday, I went back to the hotel with a tired face. As soon as I entered the door, my Korean sister was very embarrassed, which made me lose face. Thinking of last night's promise, although I have a thick skin, I am still a little embarrassed. If I have a chest, my head is buried in my chest. Fortunately, she knew it was not easy and didn't make fun of me. Just don't rush upstairs, sit at the front desk and chat with the boss's sister. My sister speaks fluent Mandarin, but her pronunciation occasionally has a foreign flavor. Because she is also a photographer, she wants to see the photos we took today, so I have to shrug my shoulders helplessly. The camera didn't take out its backpack all day, let alone take pictures. But I did show her the photos I took before, and the first thing she said was, did you take all these photos? Looking at the Korean girl who was a little excited, I couldn't help feeling a little proud, but compared with her experience, my weak sense of superiority was gone. After seeing the photos, she told us whether we could take her with us when we left tomorrow. We didn't expect a few photos to have such an effect, so we readily agreed. Why not find a free tour guide who has outdoor experience and is familiar with the local environment?

Get up early every other day, and she provides us with free breakfast. Then I have to take a bus for several hours. The mountain road is rugged, and the fucking driver drives fast and fiercely. When he reaches the corner, he is dizzy and his heart is full of climax.

The clouds on the top of the mountain are very low, like cotton candy at your fingertips, and like sheep running on the grassland. When I got off the bus, I put down my luggage and looked around, only to find that Aden in September can be so clear and dazzling. The mountain flowers are blooming, and the sun is attached to it and refuses to leave. The distant stream is whispering happily, leading the quiet autumn in Aden to a farther future. There are no familiar people here, no noise in the city streets, no cups and lanterns coming and going, and no romantic lovers whispering in their ears. The camouflage that must be wrapped at ordinary times has also become lighter at the moment.

I am like a pilgrim, walking in the snow-capped mountains and forests. At that moment, my mind was at an unprecedented peace. I finally understand what Chen Mo said in the film, why I love someone and take her to Daocheng Aden, and why my Korean sister traveled all over China and finally chose Daocheng to live with her boyfriend.

The air on the plateau is thin. When we climbed to the sea of milk with heavy equipment on our backs, there was more air and less air. The most painful thing on the road is to ask others how far they are from their destination. Every time they ask how far it is from the milk sea, their answer is: "not far, it's more than 200 meters." But I walked for two hours and more than 200 meters! But after thinking about it, if they don't say more than 200 meters, can I still go on? After crossing the milk sea, you will reach the pass, still an uphill slope with no end in sight. The weather is terrible, too. Take a few steps to have a rest and take some photos. In this way, two hours later, you finally reached the mountain pass. The cotton-padded clothes you are wearing are soaked from the inside out, hot and sweaty inside, and wet by the rain outside. Because the wind at the mountain pass was too strong to camp, I had to go down to a big lake, but it was easier to get up than to get down. Only one person can walk on a hillside with a slope of more than 50 degrees. When I walked carefully to the lake, I really didn't want to walk any more. My legs are shaking and my shoulders are sore.

No sooner had the tent been set up than it began to rain again. It rained until dusk. I cooked some noodles in a hurry, got into my sleeping bag and didn't want to move any more. After walking for a day, I didn't find any discomfort. When I was lying down, I felt chest tightness and poor breathing. At night, it rained harder and harder, and there was no sign of stopping. Once I was awakened by a cow in the middle of the night. I thought it was a wolf, but it was a close call. Finally, after waking up five or six times, it will be dawn the day after tomorrow. The valley in the morning is foggy, and a gust of wind blows, which is a kind of cold that goes deep into the pores. I instinctively curled up in my sleeping bag and refused to leave the tent. It's just that the reality is that we have to make a difference, so we packed up our equipment and embarked on a journey. Later, because my companion sprained his foot, the trip did not continue, and my story came to an end.
