? The world is full of fate. When we participated in the offline innovation training camp of Chaos University, we didn't know that a dozen of our classmates would get together one day, get in close contact and discuss the class committee.

? June 2 1 day, 2020, is the beginning of a new journey for more than a dozen of us. Under the organization of monitor Hui Yuan, members of our first class committee came to Suzhou Pioneer Park and held the "Class Committee Meeting of the Third Session of Chaos University Training Camp in Southern Jiangsu".

? The monitor, as always, is careful and enthusiastic, and has prepared a lot of fruits to entertain the class Committee, and there is no class fee. Also brought a professional photographer, very tall!

? Secretary-General Liu Xianshuai is really a pioneer. As soon as we sat down, we had a prepared meeting procedure. This is the case with the efficient meeting mode. With such a secretary-general, under his guidance and supervision, I can imagine that the activities we will organize in the future will be efficient and effective!

? According to the meeting procedure, in a serious and lively atmosphere, we discussed and deliberated item by item, and finally determined the following items.

First of all, determine the list of the first class Committee members.

? The first class committee was composed of 65,438+02 people, namely, Liu Xianshuai, Su Keqiang, Xu, Qian, Cheng Zhipeng, Qiu Yunjun, Han Qiuhua, Mu, Xie and Cheng Jianxiang.

? Do you remember these members? Do you remember the time when these students either played an active role in the whole training camp or played a role in each group?

? When we take the initiative to take the stage, it means putting time, energy and intelligence into a group of students who are not completely familiar with each other, to achieve contact and to establish an informal and non-profit organization. We have no idea whether we can make the activities of the third classroom in southern Jiangsu wonderful, meaningful and long-lasting, so we just have to take up this responsibility without hesitation. Work first, run first, and accept the vote of confidence from classmates after half a year. The term of office is one year, and excellent class committees can be re-elected. At the same time, excellent students can also enter the second, third and more class committees as fresh blood, constantly coupling us students who have long been fond of learning and pursuing innovation, and colliding with more sparks of innovation.

? We also decided to name our class "Sunan Phase III Creative Class", which not only shows but also determines the mission and value of our class's continuing activities!

Two, a clear division of labor and responsibilities of the class committee.

? The division of labor is as follows. Let's take a closer look. Which direction of work in the future is also suitable for you?

? Monitor: Hui Yuan; Be fully responsible for the work of Susan's creative class, set an example, unite with the class committee and classmates, lead the whole class to abide by the class rules, do a good job in class construction, and strive to form a disciplined, United and energetic class collective.

? Executive monitor and secretary general: Liu Xianshuai; Assist the monitor in the overall planning of the class, be responsible for the implementation and execution of class activities, and be responsible for the coordination of each group.

? Secretary of the Communist Youth League branch and leader of groups 5 and 7: Lu Junhua; Implement all party and government documents, all party and government paperwork, report on party member's work, and all activists apply to join the Party and join the League.

? 3, 6 groups of deputy squad leaders and team leaders: Su Keqiang; Class discipline, study, life and publicity work.

? Member of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and leader of 4 groups: Qian; Responsible for class discipline, assist other monitor to maintain discipline, record all kinds of violations, and report to monitor in time if found.

? Life Committee member: Mu; Do a good job in the collection, expenditure and publicity of accounts of various activities.

? Propaganda Committee members: Xie Wanyu and Han Qiuhua; Responsible for the propaganda work of the class, the writing of the activity draft, and the organization and control of various external information release.

? Labor Committee member, 1 Team leader: Cheng Jianxiang; Coordinate everyone to actively participate in classmates' activities and arrange and clean the venue in advance.

? What is more difficult is that the class committee, as the group leader, also needs to be responsible for contacting the group in charge and doing a good job in informing, organizing, coordinating and landing specific activities.

? We fully discussed this part at the meeting, especially about the organizational form, which is far from being more innovative and flexible at present, but it has certain stability. The purpose is to get a group of people to start doing things at the initial stage of the creative class. In the future, when organizing various activities, we will also adopt the form of project teams. One is to let more capable students play, and the other is to be more flexible, so that everyone has the opportunity to get exercise.

? Third, the class discipline code

? One center, two basic points and three societies.

? At the end of April and the beginning of May in the lunar calendar, it often rains in the south of the Yangtze River. The ground outside the window is exceptionally clean and the grass is exceptionally green. At the first class committee meeting, we got to know each other better. We got to know each other better and loved each other more. In every expression, ideas and values are constantly colliding and unifying; In the next deepening action, we will respect each other, support each other, work together and do something different.
