Great integration of existing professional courses in Zhejiang Media College. The students are 20 elite talents specially recruited by the national teaching team led by the project leader. After a month of professional investigation and tempering, they finally selected the national media reserve talents. For those who are finally confirmed by authoritative experts from all sides in terms of image, temperament, speech, morality and plasticity in the media, all the study expenses of these 20 people will be borne by the Ministry of Education, and the students and parents will sign an agreement with the government, and the training funds will be returned by stages after work.

In teaching, it is necessary to improve teaching efficiency, cancel unnecessary courses and exams, and form a new curriculum model, which mainly consists of four courses: broadcast hosting, film and television director, photography, dubbing, screenwriter art, recording arts, director, lighting art and film and television special effects synthesis. According to the actual needs and development direction of today's media, adjust the teaching content in time. Teaching methods are more flexible.

Cancel the single classroom teaching mode of traditional teaching, and all courses are practical application courses, which run through theoretical teaching in practice; At the same time, combined with the superior resources of the School of Communication, students can meet the requirements of one TV short film per week, one TV column per week and one stage report per month, and broadcast them on the media. Excellent works participate in international and domestic professional competitions.

For these 20 students, the Ministry of Education has specially approved the cancellation of courses unrelated to majors, such as CET-4 and CET-6, public elective courses and political courses, so as to reduce the students' learning burden and let them devote more energy to professional study.

Winter vacation and summer vacation are internship periods: the Ministry of Radio, Film and Television arranges students to enter CCTV, Phoenix Satellite TV, China Film Group Corporation and other film and television institutions for internships.

The college set up an image packaging team to conduct repeated research and demonstration on these 20 students, determine the packaging scheme, and sign contracts with major media according to the internship situation. For students who have not signed up, the teaching team will organize experts and media leaders to demonstrate his performance and future development and screen out those who do not meet the requirements. Adjust the training plan in time according to the positioning error.
