How to refund the teaching fee if the attendance days are less than half?

If a child withdraws from the kindergarten for some reason, the kindergarten shall refund the parents of the child a certain prepayment fee according to the actual education cost. For kindergartens that pay monthly fees, if the number of children in the park in that month is less than half (including half) of the legal working days in that month, 50% of the education fees and accommodation fees will be refunded; More than half of the legal working days of the month will not be refunded.
