How to apply for the World Record Challenge?

The steps to apply for the World Record Challenge are as follows:

1. Register or log on to the official website of Guinness World Records. If your registered email address is QQ, it may take some time to receive the email activation link.

2. Choose to apply for filing. Search the record repository for the title of the record you want to challenge. If the record you are viewing is available for application, please click the "Apply Now" button and fill in the online application form. If you can't find the record you want to apply for after searching, you can select "Apply for a new record" in the search results to create a new record title.

3. Fill in and submit the application form. The standard free application needs to wait 12 weeks to review and send the challenge rules. If you want to shorten the review time, you can choose whether to upgrade to priority application at any time. We will review the priority application for you within 5 working days and send the challenge rules.

4. If your application is accepted, you will receive the challenge rules and next steps. After receiving the Rules for Filing Challenge, please read them carefully and make sure that you have all the relevant information and evidence required for filing. At the same time, please read carefully how to organize and upload evidence, which will help you explain the detailed operation of filing and auditing.

5. Practice, practice, practice again ... It takes a lot of time and effort to be the best person in the world! Only when you are sure that you have broken the record or met the minimum requirements can you move on to the next step. ?

6. Start your formal challenge according to the challenge rules: decide the time, date and place of the challenge, arrange independent witnesses and other professionals to prepare the necessary equipment and materials, arrange to take photos and videos of your challenge, and check the existing records to prevent the challenged records from being refreshed. ?

7. Collect your questioning evidence and prepare your application and all other documents that need to be submitted. Please understand that more than 50% of the challenge applications were rejected due to insufficient evidence. If you have confidence in the submitted materials, please upload your evidence online and wait for the audit results. Our records management team will review each application one by one, and the whole process will take 12 weeks.

8. Announce the results. If successful, congratulations, you will get the official certificate of Guinness World Records. If not, don't give up. You can reapply or choose a different recording challenge.
