Is there a time limit for Canon 60D video shooting?

There is a time limit for Canon to shoot video for 60 days.

According to the camera technical specification, the time limit is 30 minutes. Because according to the relevant industry standards, it is called a camera when the recording time exceeds 30 minutes. Completely different technical standards and tariff standards will be implemented. Therefore, as a camera, Canon 60D SLR can't break through this limitation.

From the capacity of the memory card, long-term recording will exceed the capacity of the memory card, and the memory card cannot store more than 4G files. So this also limits the duration of SLR video.

As far as the camera itself is concerned, long-term video recording will make the photosensitive element of the camera heat up, and when the heat accumulates to a certain extent, it will overheat and malfunction. So this also limits the video duration of the SLR.
