What is personal rights? What does personal rights include?
Personal right refers to the right that has no direct property content and is related to or inseparable from the person, which is also called personal non-property right. Personal rights include personality rights and identity rights, among which personality rights include life rights, body rights, health rights, name rights, reputation rights, portrait rights and so on. Identity rights include parental rights, spouse rights, honor rights, parental rights and so on. Personal right is the legal embodiment and reflection of the personal relationship between citizens and legal persons in China. Personal rights do not directly have property content, and their value cannot be measured by money. Generally speaking, personal rights are not transferable, and when they are infringed, they mainly need to be relieved by non-property means.
