What are the six forbidden mobile phones in the army?

According to Article 204 of the new Internal Affairs Order of China People's Liberation Army, military units should take effective measures such as examination and approval for the record, standardizing the use occasions, setting up signs prohibiting broadcasting, shielding signals and so on to strictly control the use and management of mobile phones. If it is really necessary to use public mobile phones because of work needs, it must be approved by the person in charge of the unit above the regiment level and reported to the command organ of the subordinate unit for the record. When using a mobile phone, the following provisions shall be observed:

It is forbidden to carry and use public mobile phones when performing combat readiness, combat readiness, training and exercise tasks;

It is strictly forbidden to bring mobile phones into war rooms, intelligence rooms, confidential rooms, communication hubs, classified meetings, military aircraft and ships (boats), important warehouses, missile launching positions, weapons and equipment test sites, combat readiness projects and other classified places;

It is strictly forbidden to use mobile phones to handle official business in places with wired communication conditions;

It is forbidden to use public mobile phones to talk about, transmit or store classified information;

It is strictly forbidden to use a mobile phone to connect to the Internet or use a mobile phone with real-time video calling function in the office;

It is strictly forbidden to connect public mobile phones to classified computers;

It is strictly forbidden to use mobile phone recording, photography, video recording and positioning services in official activities;

It is strictly forbidden to use military mobile phones to talk and transmit confidential information in an unencrypted state;

It is forbidden for generals to take them out of the country (territory) or provide them to irrelevant personnel through mobile phones;

It is strictly forbidden to use mobile phones donated by foreign companies, foreign-funded enterprises and people outside the country (territory).

It is forbidden to connect confidential computers to the Internet.

Private computers are strictly forbidden to connect to confidential networks.

It is forbidden for classified mobile operators to store private information.

Private mobile operators are strictly prohibited from storing confidential information.

It is forbidden for mobile operators that store or have stored confidential information to connect to the Internet.

It is strictly forbidden to store, process or transmit confidential information on computers connected to the Internet.

It is forbidden to cross-connect computers between confidential networks and the Internet.

It is strictly forbidden to cross-use mobile operators between classified computers and networked computers.

Private mobile phones, digital cameras, players and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited from connecting classified computers.

It is strictly forbidden to open a blog, chat and make friends, and apply for a job as a soldier on the Internet.
