How to Create Three Rectangular Boxes with 3Dmax Camera

Click the menu bar in turn? View-security box. Check the corresponding tick mark in the above picture to print the required rectangular box.

The video security frame function displays multiple concentric rectangular frames in the window. Use these security boxes to see the scale of the rendered output in the viewport. This option is especially useful when the rendered output does not match the viewport aspect ratio.

The main purpose of the "safety box" is to display the safe area of work on the TV monitor. The border may occupy 10% of the image, so you don't want important objects or actions to fall outside the "action safety zone". High-contrast titles located outside the "Title Safety" area may leak out or be covered by the border of the TV screen.

When the "Safe Box" is displayed in a viewport using the "Match Viewport" or "Match Rendered Output" options, the bitmap image is designated as the viewport background, and the image will be confined to the "Active Area" of the safe box and matched with the rendering background. It is assumed that the same bitmap is assigned to the environment background using the environment/screen coordinates.

By pressing shift+F? The key combination and POV viewport label menu can switch the security frame state of the active viewport. You can use the Security Frame panel in the Viewport Configuration dialog box to adjust the parameters.

When the security frame is active in the viewport, and the bitmap image is designated as the background, and Show Background is enabled, the image will be confined to the Active area of the security frame. If a background image is used in rendering, distortion can be avoided by ensuring that the size of the rendered output matches the size of the background image.

effective area

The area will be rendered regardless of the aspect ratio or size of the viewport. The default outline color is mustard.

Region (when rendering region)

When this option is enabled and the render area and edit area are disabled, the outline of the area will always be visible in the viewport. When this option is turned off, the area will remain valid, but its outline will not be displayed in the viewport. Enables the editing area, the outline of which is always visible, and this switch is invalid.

Attention:? In order to display the area outline in the viewport, you must enable the display of the security frame in the active view.

When Lock is on, use the Both spinner to set the percentage size of the title box related to the action box. When Lock is off, you can set these parameters separately using the horizontal and vertical spinners. The default setting for the active area is 20%. The default outline color is light brown.
