Tell the main points of bedside chest radiograph.

In supine position, the child is lying on his back on the film box in underwear. The film box is 2 fingers above the shoulder, flush with the mandible. The abduction of the child's upper arm is at right angles to the torso. A nurse stood by the child's head and gently pressed the upper arm. Another caregiver stood at the child's feet and pressed the child's abdomen and knees. The distance between the target films is 90cm, and a wire filter is not needed. (2) Standing projection: The child wears underwear and stands on a stool, facing the buckywall rack with wired filter, with arms spread out, so that the accompanying staff can stand on both sides of the child.

The child's arm is fixed before shooting. The upper end of the plate is 2 fingers beyond the shoulder, and the distance between the target plates is 180cm. Use a wire filter.

Adults and children in the photo should take necessary protection.

In general, the center line of the chest radiograph should be aligned with the center point of T4 vertebral body or cassette.

Selection of exposure conditions

The characteristics of children's breathing when crying are short and violent inhalation and long exhalation. Take advantage of the physiological characteristics of children crying, such as deep breathing, large diaphragm activity, short rest time at the end of inhalation, etc., and repeatedly observe and use this instant exposure. Photographing conditions: lying position 55kV, 100mA, 0.03 ~ 0.06s;; Standing position: 70kV, 200mA, 0.08 ~ 0. 12s.
