Black Hawk Down (20065438+0), a war film directed by Rowley Scott, describes the Somali war in 1993, during which the US military engaged in protracted street fighting with Somali armed militia due to intelligence errors. The film is adapted from "Black Hawk Down" published by Mark Bowden [1], and won the Best Sound and Best Film Editing Awards at the 74th Academy Awards.

The plot of a play

This film describes the situation of 1993 Mogadishu War. The film describes the story of the US military's combat team consisting of Delta Special Forces and Ranger Special Forces, fighting thousands of armed militia in Somalia.

1993 the task of this special force is to capture two important figures of Somali warlord Aidid at that time. The initial task is expected to be about half an hour. After Delta Force arrested these two targets, he was escorted back to the camp by a Hummer convoy under the command of Lieutenant Colonel Danny Menet (played by Tom Seymour). Unexpectedly, Clifton Wycombe's "Super 6 1" Black Hawk helicopter was attacked by Somali militia RPG-7 rockets and crashed, which forced the rangers who built a defense line near the target building to go to the crash site to see if there were any survivors. The result finally evolved into a protracted war of 15 hours.

After the first Black Hawk helicopter crashed, the rangers rushed to the crash site to set up defense lines, including the Rangers' Fourth Team (Chalk 4) led by Staff Sergeant Ivesman. Finally, only one survivor was sent away under cover. Lieutenant Colonel mcnair's Hummer convoy first returned to the camp because of the storm, but at the same time another Black Hawk helicopter was attacked and Michael Durant's Super 64 crashed. In the absence of immediate support from other teams, Delta Force Sergeant Randy Schuchat and Gary Gordon volunteered to go to the crash site to protect the scene. They found the surviving driver Durant, but the three men were still unable to defeat the attacks of hundreds of Somali militia and residents.

Without ammunition and food, the rangers (played by Staff Sergeant Iverson) and Delta Special Forces (played by Sergeant Jeff Sanders) stationed near the crash site of Super 6/KLOC-0 were unable to leave the enemy camp for a long time. Major General Garrison finally turned to the US Army's 10 Mountain Division and Pakistan Peacekeeping Force for help. On the other hand, Delta Sergeant Huth led his soldiers to Super 64. Finally, Huth joined Staff Sergeant Ivesman. Under the fierce fire attack of the enemy, the soldiers trapped in the enemy camp were forced to fight to the death with the Somali militia again. On the other hand, Lieutenant Colonel McNair's Hummer convoy returned to the battlefield to escort the injured and dead players back to the camp. Finally, Staff Sergeant Iverson and Sergeant Sanders returned to the camp safely, and the 15-hour fierce fighting was temporarily ended. However, this battle caused a total of 19 American deaths, which can be said to be one of the rather tragic battles.

Excerpts from classic lines

There are only soldiers who are sorry for the country, and there are no soldiers who are sorry for the country. We pledge allegiance to our dear country, not those damn politicians, adhere to the belief of "leaving no one behind" until the last moment of our lives, and pay the highest tribute to all the warriors who are willing to sacrifice for their comrades.

Sheriff Gordon

Hey, Randy, I need some pistol ammunition.

Randy, the last rifle magazine

Petty officer Schuchat.

When Gordon was shot, Sergeant Schuchat blurted out, "Damn it!" (fuck)

Gordon is dead, and I'm going out to fight! good luck

Sergeant evisman

Look at these people! They have no job, no food, no job, no education and no future. I mean ... we can do two things to help them, or try to watch them die on CNN, right?

Listen, guys. I know this is my first time as a monitor, but ... this is not the first time we have cooperated. The situation is very serious now. We are rangers, not those damn reserve officers. We are the elite. Let's cooperate as before!

Listen up, everyone! We need to set up a defense line now, save your ammunition, and only shoot when attacked. The motorcade has arrived, and we are going home!

Beware of the enemy, they are praying on the roof, but it will be over soon.

(to dying Smith) You have done what we were trained to do. You should be proud of yourself. Be proud of yourself!

Do you know that?/You know what? Do you know that?/You know what? Before I came here to fight, a friend asked me-he asked me: Why did you fight other people's wars? Do you consider yourself a hero? I didn't know how to answer him at that time, but if he was asking me the same question, I would say "no". I will only say that there is no choice in this situation, and no one asks me to be a hero, but sometimes it is this situation that makes a hero.

Hutt

Hey! Who is hungry?

Do you really want to know what I think? It really doesn't matter what I think. As long as a bullet goes through your head, politics and everything will turn into shit, just like disappearing from the window.

Hold your corner and let your brothers come back alive.

It seems necessary to clean up the blood stains on the Hummer.

Please stop the car! Let me down!

Sergeant, you can't decide who should be injured, who shouldn't be injured, who fell off the helicopter, and why ... it's not your fault, because it's just a war.

When I got home, people asked me, "Hello! Hus, why did you fight? Who do you think you are? Are you addicted to war? I won't say anything. Why? They won't understand, they won't understand why we are fighting, they won't understand that we are fighting to save those brothers in danger, that's all, that's why we are fighting.

Don't even think about it! I am used to being alone.

Everybody! This is a new beginning of the week! Today is Monday!

Lieutenant Colonel mcnair

Will you be back in an hour? Now, there should be movement over there. Although Bakara market is a wild west, you should pay attention to the target of your shooting. The residents there focus on the market.

No more than five minutes!

Bastard ... Romeo 6 to 4! We are going back to the starting point now, but the bullets are running out, and there are still a bunch of wounded soldiers, including me. The Hummer can't go on!

Sergeant ai! I heard that your team also needs an elevator.

Captain Shi

You Delta Force people are like a group of unruly cowboys. Let me tell you something, sergeant. When we are only five feet away from the enemy, you will need our rangers, so I advise you to be the most like a player.

If I see you criticizing me again, I'll let you lick the toilet dry with your tongue until your taste can't tell shit from French fries, understand?

We are fighting a meaningless struggle now, understand? We have too many wounded soldiers to move.

The 25th, this is the 64th. It is impossible to ask for a rescue helicopter, which is not allowed in a war situation. The joint operations command center can't lose another helicopter. You must set up a defense line nearby.

The 10th Mountain Division? Don't even think about it! We vagrants can stay, but at least we must win respect. We left the war zone on foot and then left behind the motorcade.

[Editor] Major General Garrison

Prewar warning: As long as you enter the Bakara market, you enter a hostile area. Don't underestimate their ability. We will enter the Bakara market from a safe place, so please remember the rules of engagement and never shoot before the enemy fires. Do these things right now! Soldier.

Good luck! Soldier. Be careful, everyone will come back!

We just lost control.

Listen! We have just annoyed the bees in the whole hive, and the soldiers are now working with the whole urban warfare! I want any car with four wheels and ammunition to save them all, all of them!

Well, you told the general: I know the situation, but I also want to remind him that my soldiers are surrounded by thousands of Somali armed militia. The most urgent thing now is to move them out of the enemy zone and send them back to the base. I need his help now!

Ground troops must use infrared astigmatism lights to mark the target position and send attack helicopters to strafe the target. If we don't control the scene, there will be 100 coffins and other clothes tomorrow morning.

Private Beckburn: I'm here to kick the bad guys' ass!

Corporal jamie smith: Iverson, I'm telling you, everything is almost gone.

Corporal jamie smith: If Lieutenant Colonel Menet returns to the base, he has a good reason, because even if he comes back, nothing will change.

Officer Randy Schuchat: Gordon is dead. I'll cover you outside. Good luck!

Dr Kurt Schmied: After the war, I treat everyone to mixed wine, plain, mixed and without salt.

Somali militia: That's right. You Americans don't smoke. You all live lonely, ignorant and boring lives.

Officer Jeff Sanders: Green! There is no coffee, but I poured you some tea!
