Cuogao Lake, the sacred lake of Tibetan Buddhism and Catholicism, also called Basongcuo (meaning Green Lake), is a freshwater lake. The lake is green and can be visited by speedboat. Don't do strenuous exercise when you first arrive, drink plenty of water (put some glucose powder in the water) and keep ventilation when you sleep, which can alleviate altitude sickness. Don't take a bath for 3 days (for fear of catching a cold). Symptoms of altitude sickness: headache (usually the first in the back of the head), dizziness, chest tightness, dyspnea and severe nausea and vomiting. But it's best not to take oxygen. Oxygen will be dependent, that is, altitude sickness will occur as soon as oxygen is stopped. Altitude sickness. Just get used to it. Altitude sickness: The oxygen content in Tibet is 30% of the sea level. Therefore, altitude sickness is a reaction produced by adjusting our body functions to adapt to altitude hypoxia from low altitude to high altitude. Because western Tibet is cool in the morning and evening, the sunshine is long, and the temperature difference between southern Tibet and northern Tibet is great, so it is necessary to wear winter clothes when traveling to northern Tibet, such as Namco. The climate is changeable and ultraviolet rays are strong, so you can't just wear short sleeves. So we should prepare clothes for Xia Dong in autumn.
