2. Event course

Method 1: After burning the data CD, mail it to the 7th floor of Ginza Office Building, No.2 Zheng Da Road, Shijingshan District, Beijing. Method 2: Works smaller than 500M can be uploaded through the official website upload channel of the contest.

4. Promotion rules

The way of producing the quarter-finals:

A: Popular netizens voted.

The contest is built on the contest official website platform, and only the voting system page is designated for voting (the contest publicity platform can link the voting address in official website).

During the sea election, netizens can vote for their favorite works. By 0: 00 on October 27th, 20 12/KLOC-0, the voting system will be closed, and the organizing committee of the contest will count the top 20 candidates as the top eight candidates according to the online voting.

B: The jury scored.

The professional jury scored the top 20 works in four aspects, with a total score of 100-25 points for plot, photography, later stage and creativity, and finally selected the final top eight list according to the scores.

The way of producing the top four:

A: Popular netizens voted.

After the top eight works were born, the voting system was opened, and netizens could vote for their favorite works. By1October 17, 2012 10, the voting system will be closed, and the organizing committee of the contest will directly enter the top four according to the online votes.

B: The jury scored.

The professional jury graded the top eight works in four aspects, with a total score of 100-25 points for plot, photography, later stage and creativity. Finally, the top three were selected according to the scores, and together with the first place selected by online voting, * * * formed the final list of the top four.

How the top three are produced:

The short digital films made by the top four were jointly selected by the jury and the audience, and the answers were announced at the awards evening.

How individual awards are generated:

The top 20 people who voted online during the sea election collection period can sign up for the final individual award competition and reveal the answers at the awards evening. (Individual awards are divided into: Best Audio-visual Award, Best Visual Award, Best Editing Award and Best Creative Award)

Competition system: (micro-video)

In addition to micro-movies, the contest also collected micro-video works shot by netizens. Works can be downloaded from the client China microfilm by mobile phone users and uploaded to the official platform through VLOOK.

Shooting requirements:

1. All video content must be original works.

2. The content of the work shall not involve pornography, violence or racial discrimination, and shall not contravene the laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Note: As the cameraman's recording time is 5 minutes, the shooting time must be within 5 minutes.
