This is the core technology of China. Once stolen by foreign countries, China's maritime defense advantage may be weakened. All coastal countries in the world can build islands at will. Especially if neighboring countries master this technology, it will pose a great threat to China's national defense, so they can't do things that endanger national security for petty profits.
