Qualification requirements of surveying and mapping companies

Article 6 An entity applying for surveying and mapping qualification shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Having the legal person qualification of an enterprise or institution;

(two) qualified professional and technical personnel, equipment and office space;

(3) Having a sound technical and quality assurance system, a surveying and mapping achievement file management system and a confidentiality management system and conditions;

(4) Having surveying and mapping achievements and abilities that are compatible with the application for engaging in surveying and mapping activities (except for the initial application).

Seventh surveying and mapping qualification examination and approval authority shall announce to the public the basis, conditions, procedures, time limit and the catalogue of all materials to be submitted for the administrative license of surveying and mapping qualification.

Eighth Surveying and mapping qualification examination and approval authorities shall improve the maintenance mechanism of Surveying and mapping qualification management information system, realize the online acceptance and examination of surveying and mapping qualification administrative license, facilitate the management of the relative person, improve administrative efficiency and enhance management ability.

Ninth units applying for surveying and mapping qualification for the first time shall submit the original scanned copies of the following materials:

(1) Business license of enterprise legal person or certificate of institution legal person, resume of legal representative and appointment or employment documents;

(2) the identity card, graduation certificate, work experience certificate or qualification certificate of surveying and mapping and related professional and technical posts, labor contract, social insurance payment certificate and other materials of qualified professional and technical personnel;

(three) the certificate of ownership of the equipment that meets the requirements and the verification certificate issued by the surveying and mapping instrument verification unit recognized by the administrative department of surveying and mapping geographic information at or above the provincial level;

(four) the proof of the office space of the unit;

(5) Having a sound surveying and mapping quality assurance system;

(six) Surveying and mapping results and data file management system materials;

(seven) materials for the confidentiality management system of surveying and mapping results.
