2014 Jiangsu Lianyungang Radio and Television University Recruitment Announcement

Lianyungang Radio and Television University is a fully funded public institution. It is a municipal higher education institution with open education as its main body and both general higher education and vocational and technical education. In order to further improve the quality of training high-end skilled talents, strengthen the school's teaching staff, and better serve teaching, scientific research and economic construction, in accordance with the "Measures for Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Lianyungang City" (Lianyungang City Public Institutions [2012] No. 75 ) document spirit, open recruitment of 3 management personnel and 2 professional and technical personnel. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Recruitment positions

2. Recruitment conditions

(1) Meet the basic application requirements stipulated in the "Measures for Open Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Lianyungang City";

(2) Full-time Master degree or above from a general university;

(3) Under 35 years old (born after January 1, 1979);

(4) Other qualifications required for the position to be applied for Qualification conditions (see Appendix 1 for details).

3. Relevant benefits

Recruited personnel will be formally included in the establishment of public institutions and enjoy the salary and benefits of public institutions in Lianyungang City.

4. Registration matters

1. Registration time: August 7, 2014---August 9, 2014. 8:30-11:30 am, 2:30-5:30 pm.

4. Every Applicants must clearly apply for the position (each applicant is limited to one position). The following materials are required when registering:

(1) Fill in the "Lianyungang Radio and Television University Open Recruitment High-Level Talent Registration Form" (Attachment 2).

(2) Personal resume; 1 recent 2-inch color photo without a hat; graduate employment recommendation form (fresh graduates), transcripts, agreement; academic qualifications, degrees, professional titles, practices, and ID cards at all levels Originals and copies of other certificates; overseas students must provide the "Foreign Academic Degree Certification" certified by the Ministry of Education's Study Abroad Service Center and the "Certificate of Returned Overseas Students" issued by the Chinese embassy abroad; representative papers or works , scientific research status, honors, award-winning certificates, originals and copies, etc.

5. Fee: Those who meet the registration requirements will be charged an examination fee of 100 yuan per person. Candidates from urban families who enjoy the minimum living security allowance and candidates from absolutely poor rural families are exempt from examination fees. When registering, applicants from urban families who enjoy the national minimum living allowance must provide proof of minimum living allowance and low-income guarantee issued by the county or district civil affairs department where their families are located; applicants from absolutely poor rural families must provide their family’s Special poverty certificate and basic situation file card of special poverty families issued by the county and district poverty alleviation departments.

5. Selection Procedure

1. Qualification Review

The minimum examination ratio for all positions is 1:3. If the number of qualified applicants is insufficient to meet the ratio requirement, in principle Recruitment plans for corresponding positions will be reduced or cancelled. Relevant information will be announced on the Lianyungang Radio and Television University website.

2. Examination

The office of Lianyungang Radio and Television University will notify me by phone of the time and place of the written examination, interview and related examination arrangements. The examination is conducted through a combination of written examination and interview. The written test and interview are both full marks of 100 points, accounting for 40% and 60% of the total score respectively.

(1) Written test. The written test subjects are comprehensive professional knowledge for relevant positions, and no specific reference books and materials are specified. The written examination is closed book. The passing mark is 60 points. Based on the scores in the written test, among those who have passed the written test, a shortlist of interview candidates for each position will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 from high score to low score. (If the actual number of references for the recruitment position is less than the specified ratio, the shortlist of interviewers will be determined based on the actual number.)

(2) Interview. The interview includes two parts: structured interview and trial lecture. Each accounts for 50% of the interview score. The passing mark is 60 points. Shortlisted candidates for interview must provide original documents such as their ID card, academic and degree certificates, CET-6, and employment recommendation form. Those who have returned from studying abroad should also provide relevant certification materials such as overseas academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education or overseas study certificates issued by embassies and consulates stationed abroad. Applicants who provide incomplete certificates or do not meet the application qualifications, or who fail to participate in the qualification review on time, will automatically lose their qualifications for interviews and trial lectures, and the school will arrange replacements based on the registration status.

3. Physical examination

Among those who have passed the examination, the candidates for the physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 from the highest score to the lowest score based on the total score.

The physical examination is arranged by the school, and the physical examination standards are implemented with reference to the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" of the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health. Shortlisted candidates who do not attend the physical examination at the specified time and location will be deemed to have given up their physical examination qualifications. If there are those who fail the physical examination, those who have passed the examination will be replaced in descending order according to the total score.

4. Inspection

Those who pass the physical examination will be inspected by the school’s personnel and supervision departments. The inspection is carried out by reviewing files, visiting and holding discussions, etc. It mainly examines the political ideology, moral character, professional level, work performance and compliance with laws and regulations of those who pass the physical examination.

5. Public announcement

Those who have passed the physical examination and inspection and are determined to be candidates for employment will be announced on the Lianyungang Human Resources and Social Security Network (/) and the Lianyungang Radio and Television University website ( /) for public announcement. The publicity period is 7 working days. The content of the announcement includes the recruiting unit, position name, name of the person to be hired, current work or study unit, written test interview results of the recruitment examination, ranking, etc.

6. Employment

After the public announcement, the employer will sign the "Jiangsu Province Institutional Employment Contract" with the employer. New recruits are subject to a probationary period system in accordance with regulations, and the probationary period is 6 months. Staff members who are employed for the first time shall implement the probation period prescribed by the state. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period will be formally employed; those who fail the assessment will have their employment cancelled.

7. Description of related matters

1. Applicants should be responsible for the authenticity of the information they fill out and apply honestly. Applicants who forge or alter documents or certificates, or obtain qualifications by other improper means, cheat during examinations, or violate public recruitment disciplines will be disqualified. For those who have been hired, their employment contracts will be terminated once verified.

2. If the applicant is someone who has returned from studying abroad and has not yet obtained the overseas academic qualifications and degree certification certificate issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education when applying, he or she must at least ensure that such information is provided before the person to be hired is announced. Substantiated documents, otherwise the employment qualification will not be retained.

3. Recruited personnel must report within the specified time. If you fail to register after the deadline, Lianyungang Radio and Television University may not retain your employment qualifications.
