Second, install the video tape

The new DV tape will be stored in a plastic tape box. Open the plastic package, take out the DV tape, then put a label on the tape and write the theme clearly. Then open the tape cassette on the DV machine. Usually, the video tape is loaded from the bottom of the camera. The operation steps are as follows: first, turn on the power supply; Then put the camera flat, and then push the open/eject switch in the direction of the arrow to open the cover, and then the video will automatically rise and open; Push the middle part of the back of the video tape for loading, and pay attention to insert the video tape directly into the bottom of the video tape box with the window outward; Finally, use the button to close the video window cover. When the video tape is completely put down, close the lid to make it click. In this way, the DV machine has storage capacity and can shoot actual images.

Third, set a date.

Generally speaking, for the first time to use DV, you should first set its date and time. If the date and time are not set, the time setting flag will be displayed every time the power switch is set to the camera/memory position. The method of setting the date and time in Sony DCR-TRV 17E is as follows: Open the menu key to display the menu settings; Turn the selection/press the execution knob to select the date and time setting option, and then press the knob; Press the clock setting again, and then press the dial to adjust the year, month, day and time.

Fourth, take the camera.
