The film production unit recommends its creators to participate in one or several award-winning films and individual awards (multiple collaborators can recommend them together, and the roles are dubbed by the actors themselves). Members of the selection committee have the right to recommend films or film creators who did not participate in the awards. The awards of the Selection Committee are divided into two stages: initial evaluation and final evaluation.
