Why is cosplay called "slutty" by everyone?

Anime cosplay is ultimately a realistic representation of anime characters, and the anime we love contains a lot of indescribable content. Most of the high-profile female characters are scantily clad, and most of the high-profile cartoons cater to otakus. For example, it has become a return to regular swimwear. Unlike live TV series in the United States, anime has actually made great modifications in this aspect.
