Hengyang Korma Manor is an 8,000-acre salt lake eco-health and cultural tourism town built by Hui Jing Group. This project is listed as "Key Construction Project of Hengyang City" in 20 13, "25 1" project of Hunan Provincial Tourism Bureau in 20 14, and "Thirteenth Five-Year" development plan of Hunan Provincial Tourism Bureau in 20 16. It is the first "Airport Economic Zone" in Hengyang South, a central city in south-central Hunan.

The project integrates theme amusement, ecological leisure, outdoor sports and health preservation. There are three theme parks: Yueshuiwan Theme Recreation Area, Romantic Island Pastoral Recreation Area and Yangxin Valley Health Resort Area, covering more than 50 kinds of holiday projects such as Forest Water World, Discovery Kingdom, Yuan Qi Forest, Shui Ying Flower Sea and Black Forest Town, which will form a pattern of "Hengshan Mountain in the north and Wild Goose Lake in the south".
