Because the main light used in modern and contemporary photography is usually emitted by the soft box, the light refracted by the soft box is more uniform and easier to control.

2, fill light: fill light, also known as auxiliary light, as the name implies, its role is to supplement the light of the shadow, so that the shadow becomes shallow. The auxiliary light can be the same soft light box as the main light, and the light ratio between it and the main light can be adjusted by illumination distance or output power. For simplicity, the light source can be fixed on the ceiling or wall, and the depth of the shadow can be controlled only by adjusting the output power.

3, background light: in most cases, the child will open a distance from the background. Because with the increase of distance, the illumination of the light source is obviously weakened, and the background is farther away from the light source than children, so in order to distinguish children from the background, it is necessary to illuminate the background separately, but the use of background light must take into account the color, distance and illumination angle of the background.
