Unique Landscape of Daxie Village in Yuxian County
First, the house is very strange. The houses in Daxie Village are built on the mountain, and they are stacked on top of each other. These houses are all built of stone. In addition to bungalows, there are two-story and three-story buildings. The whole village is built on a stone slope, and the houses are made of stone. This is a veritable stone village. This big village was built by ancestors according to the geomantic theory of China's traditional environment. The whole village is surrounded by mountains, enclosed and closed, with yin and yang, wind flowing eastward, pines and cypresses covering its head and clear springs, which fully embodies the natural pattern of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
Second, the road is strange. The roads in Daxie Village are all paved with stone slabs or stones, and the villagers use local materials to pave the way and blend in with the surrounding environment. The old people said that the roads and steps in the village were filed out step by step by the ancestors on the rocks. When people walk in the mountain path of Daxie Village, you will find it clean and dust-free, and you will find it interesting.
The third is a big tree. Daxie village is a village built on the whole boulder mountain, and it is difficult for trees to grow. However, there is a big locust tree at the entrance of the village, and the trunk can't be folded by three adults. Trees are at least 500 years old, so Daxie people are also called "Millennium Ancient Tree Village". Strangely, ancient trees grow in Shi Gan Villa. According to the old man in the village, the Japanese once came here to burn and rob and burned down several houses. The big locust tree at the entrance of the village was not spared, and it is still so lush and sheltered the villagers in Daxie Village.
The fourth is Shi Foqi. There are seven Buddha statues in Daxie Village, including stone carvings and wood carvings. The villagers all say that these seven Buddha statues are "the great immortals in Shilong Town". What's more interesting is that if the largest stone Buddha is weighed at different times on the same day, the weight is different and there is a big difference. This mystery has yet to be solved by relevant experts. Korea Yin, director of the village committee, said that you should weigh this stone statue before eating it, and then weigh it after eating it. The weight of this stone statue is different, with a difference of five or six pounds, which is really incomprehensible. There is another legend about these seven magical stone statues. As early as the Northern Wei Dynasty, a family of seven came to Daxie Village to beg along the street, but surprisingly, the family magically disappeared as soon as they entered the village. Later, people thought that the family had become immortals here, so there were seven "living buddhas", which were enshrined by the villagers in Daxie Village.

After that, Professor Cui Manhong organized many experts to inspect and study Daxie Village, and wrote a lot of articles, which were publicized and promoted through various media. Daxie Village, the Potala Palace in the depths of Taihang Mountain, unveiled her mystery. The Provincial Photographers' Association has designated this place as a photography base, where many artists draw from life. Tourists from all over the world come in an endless stream.
