Quanzhou Huaguang Vocational College (formerly known as Quanzhou Huaguang Photography Art Vocational College) is an ordinary higher education institution approved by the Fujian Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The College has applied to be selected as a national 3A-level tourist attraction in February 20 14, and successfully won the title of National AAA-level tourist attraction (Wenbo Garden).
