What does the food safety toxicology evaluation test include?

Four stages of toxicological evaluation test of food safety;

(1) Acute toxicity test, including oral acute toxicity (LD50), combined acute toxicity and one-time maximum tolerance test.

(2) Genetic toxicity test, including 30-day feeding test and traditional teratogenic test.

(3) Subchronic test (90-day feeding test), reproductive test and metabolic test.

(4) Chronic toxicity test (including carcinogenic test).
