According to the Opinion Draft, the group purchase of new commercial housing mentioned in this policy means that party and government organs, enterprises, institutions and social organizations outside the city purchase more than 30 sets of new commercial housing at one time in Meishan City. In addition to enjoying the existing unified purchase policy in Meishan City, the group purchase subject will also be given priority by the housing construction department in cooperation with real estate development enterprises. For example, 3% of the preferential purchase price for one-time purchase of more than 30 sets, 4% of the preferential purchase price for one-time purchase of more than 50 sets, and 5% of the preferential purchase price for one-time purchase of more than 100 sets.
