Anhui Water Conservancy and Hydropower Vocational and Technical College, located in Hefei, Anhui Province, is a public full-time ordinary college focusing on engineering.

The college, formerly known as Huaihe Water Conservancy Institute, was founded in 1952 and directly under the Ministry of Water Resources. 1958 expanded to Anhui University of Water Resources and Electric Power (undergraduate). After the adjustment of 196 1 year, the college was renamed as Anhui Water Conservancy and Electric Power School. 1984 Anhui Water Conservancy Workers College was established with the approval of the State Education Commission.
