Secret arms of the army

Volunteer: 2 years

Junior non-commissioned officer (corporal): 4 years

Four years.

(Staff Sergeant): Five years.

Soldiers are divided into soldiers, non-commissioned officers and chief officers.

Soldiers: conscripts, divided into private soldiers and superior soldiers, remain basically the same as before;

Sergeant: it is divided into corporal (that is, from the third year to the end of the sixth year), sergeant (that is, from the seventh year to the end of 10) and staff sergeant (that is, from the sixth year to the end of 15); Chief procurators are basically equivalent to the current first-,second-and third-level chief procurators, but some adjustments have been made in the number of years, and the wage gap between chief procurators at all levels has also increased.

Master Sergeant: It is divided into three levels (from 16 to the end of the 20th century), two levels (from 2 1 year to the end of the 25th century) and one level (from the 26th century to the end of the 30th century), and the master sergeant is basically equivalent to the original five or six levels of non-commissioned officers.

After the reform of the new military service system, it is a hard target to register the selection of soldiers, non-commissioned officers and chief officers, cancel the original setting of non-commissioned officers, and select non-commissioned officers and chief officers with corresponding professional and technical certificates. In particular, it will be a big hurdle to change from a staff sergeant to a third-class master sergeant, and it must be a professional senior technician who is in short supply in the army.
