2. Conditions of the recruitment target

Have certain organization and coordination ability, good logical thinking, written expression ability and strong execution; Able to independently undertake and complete project planning, report writing, organization and implementation.

At least three years working experience in domestic cooperation, negotiation and docking, cross-regional activity planning and scientific research project organization and implementation is preferred.

Social workers from other provinces and cities (non-fresh graduates) must hold Shanghai residence permit (excluding Shanghai temporary residence permit within the validity period) for more than 1 year, and the calculation deadline is 65438+February 3, 20221.

Third, the recruitment method

2. Qualification examination

The "Center" will conduct screening and qualification examination according to the registration emails received.

Applicants who have not entered the scope of follow-up interview assessment after qualification examination will not be notified separately.

3. Recruitment Form

Through the qualification examination, according to the number of recruitment positions, the interview and assessment candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1:3.

Interview assessment mainly tests the applicant's professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality, as well as basic elements such as political quality, moral conduct, professional values and interpersonal skills.

Step 4 have a physical examination

After the interview and assessment, according to the number of posts, the candidates who enter the physical examination procedure are determined according to 1: 1, and they are organized to go to the secondary medical institutions in this city for physical examination.

The physical examination refers to the requirements of the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

Step 5 investigate

The inspection organized by the "Center" mainly examines the candidates' ideological and political quality, law-abiding situation, moral quality, integrity record, professional ability and work performance.

6. Determination and publicity of the personnel to be employed

According to the results of assessment, physical examination and investigation, the candidates will be publicized on the website of Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 7 days from the date of publicity.

If there is no objection to the publicity, it shall be reported to the higher authorities for examination and approval, and then reported to the Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for examination and approval.

If there is any objection to the publicity, which affects the employment, whether to employ or not shall be determined according to the verification results.

Four. Related treatment and other matters

Once the above-mentioned personnel are hired, the relevant wages, bonuses, welfare and social insurance shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
