Can contact lens care solution be taken on the plane?

As long as the volume of your contact lens care solution is less than 100ml, you can take it on the plane.

When passengers take international and regional flights, they should use a single container with a volume not exceeding 100ml to carry liquid articles. At the same time, containers containing liquid articles should be placed in transparent plastic bags that can be repeatedly sealed, and the maximum volume should not exceed1L. Each passenger is allowed to carry only one transparent plastic bag at a time, and the excess is checked as luggage.

Extended data:

Passengers are not allowed to carry liquid articles with them on domestic flights (except cosmetics, toothpaste and shaving cream for their own use during air travel). Cosmetics for personal use in air travel must meet three conditions at the same time (one for each category, packed in a container with a single container volume not exceeding 100mL, and subject to opening inspection), and one for each category of toothpaste and shaving cream shall not exceed 100g(ml).

When a passenger transfers from an international or regional flight to a domestic flight in the same airport control area, the duty-free liquid goods carried with him must meet three conditions at the same time (show the shopping voucher, put it in a well-sealed transparent plastic bag and be confirmed by security check). If he leaves the airport control area during the transfer to a domestic flight, he must check the duty-free liquid items carried with him as luggage.
