Component clindamycin hydrochloride

Infection caused by sensitive anaerobic bacteria or gram-positive bacteria, soft tissue infection, bone and joint infection, gynecological infection, intra-abdominal infection, endocarditis, sepsis and tooth tissue infection.

Dose usage

Complex and severe infections such as intra-abdominal infection and pelvic inflammatory disease in adults are 2.4-2.7g/ day, and are administered in 2-4 times. Other infections, 1.2- 1.8g/ day, administered in 3-4 times, with a maximum of 4.8g/ day.

No history of allergic reaction to somatostatin or clindamycin.

counteraction

Gastrointestinal reactions such as abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. Allergic reaction. Abnormal hepatobiliary function. Adverse reactions of skin and mucosa. Rapid intravenous injection can cause arrhythmia.

Matters needing attention

Premature infants, patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency, patients with diarrhea and patients who are using neuromuscular blockers should be used with caution.

drug interaction

It has antagonistic effect with erythromycin. Cross resistance to lincomycin.
