Legal basis: Article 32 of the Regulations on the Administration of Company Registration states that if a company changes its business scope, it shall apply for registration of change within 30 days from the date when the resolution or decision on change is made; Where the change of business scope involves projects that must be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions, it shall apply for registration of change within 30 days from the date of approval by the relevant state departments.
